Massimiliano Allegri’s future at the Allianz Stadium is among the club’s top priorities heading into the summer. However, Giuntoli refuses to let the Italian manager’s situation hinder his effort to build a competitive squad following another embarrassing Serie A season.

Wojciech Szczesny has been one of the bright spots in an otherwise dismal campaign. But he won’t last forever. The Pole’s contract expires in 2025, and he’s already 34. Talks are already underway, with Raffaele Palladino’s side prepared to sanction the Italian’s move to Juventus for an appropriate price.

Even if a deal goes through in the coming months, Szczesny should commence next season as a starter.
