Mason Greenwood could receive an offer to stay in the Premier League when he returns to Manchester United following his loan at Getafe.

As speculation over Greenwood’s next move grows,  Jose Bordala indicated Getafe will make a move to retain Greenwood. but they can only afford another loan.

His form in the Spanish capital has caught the eye across Europe, with rumoured interest from other La Liga sides, and the Italian top flight.

United are quoting teams around €50m to complete a deal and Getafe president Angel Torres confirmed Barcelona are the only side to flag up an interest.

As per a report from The Telegraph, Greenwood is more likely to opt for a move away from English football, but two unnamed Premier League sides are tracking him.

Greenwood is expected to speak with new United owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe on his return to Manchester next month with a decision made on his future before the start of preseason.
