Sesko: Agents of Arsenal target drop Milan hint on Instagram

Benjamin Sesko’s agents have posted an Instagram story from Milan while rumours about a possible move to San Siro for the 20-year-old striker intensify.

The representatives of Sesko’s agency Pro Transfer are in Milan as proved by a story posted on their official Instagram account. The picture shows the famous Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, close to the Dome.

Rumours of Sesko’s possible move to Milan have intensified this week. La Gazzetta dello Sport reported that the Rossoneri were confident of reaching an agreement with the 20-year-old forward after receiving Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s approval.

Pro Transfer chief Elvis Basanovic told Sportitalia in October 2023 that the Rossoneri were interested in Sesko when Paolo Maldini was at the club.

“I can confirm I spoke to Milan in the past for Sesko, Maldini was there,” he said.

“However, a transfer was not possible at that moment. It wasn’t the right time. You never know what the future holds. Milan are a great club and Sesko is really happy at Leipzig, where he is continuing his growing path.”

Sesko’s contract with RB Leipzig includes a €50m clause, but the fee can rise to €75m, and Arsenal have also been linked with a move for the Slovenia international.

Sesko has scored 16 goals in 40 appearances at a club level in 2023-24.
